My definition of what it means to be literate.
A person must be able to communicate using a variety of different updated methods. It is important to keep up to date with the most modern technology. If you cannot use a computer in todays society, you would probably be considered technologically illiterate.

Good definition of what it means to be literate! In this course we will have a broad definition of what it means to be literate. That is the ability to use all types of texts and technologies to accomplish one's purpose in the world.
